What Spaceora is

Spaceora redesigns a space from one photograph. Upload a room, an empty listing, or a yard; pick a direction; get the same space back with different contents. Interior redesign, virtual staging and garden design run on the same pipeline.

The part worth knowing is what stays put. The output has to read as the same photograph of the same room — same camera position, same windows, same door frames, same proportions. Furniture, finishes, lighting and planting change. The architecture does not. A tool that hands back a beautiful room that is not your room has not done the job.

Why it exists

Two problems, one pipeline.

Estate agents and property photographers pay per image for virtual staging, wait days for it, and pay again for revisions. The work itself is skilled but repetitive: the same empty living room, furnished to the same brief, a hundred times a year.

Homeowners and gardeners get the opposite problem. Image generators will happily draw a beautiful garden full of species that die in their climate the first winter. The picture is not the deliverable — a planting you can actually buy and plant is.

So every garden render here starts from a hardiness zone. You give a ZIP code; we look up the zone, filter to species verified for it, space them for their mature width rather than their pot size, and return the render and the list behind it — species, quantities, mature spacing. The picture and the list are two views of the same solved plan, which is why they agree.

What it does not do

Being clear about this is cheaper for everyone than finding out later.

  • It does not do grading, drainage or retaining walls. Anything structural belongs to somebody who has stood in the space.
  • It is not a surveyor. Dimensions come from what you type, not from the photograph.
  • The plant library is finite. Verified species, not every plant in commerce, and coverage is thinner in the extreme zones. Where we have nothing for your zone, the tool says so rather than inventing something.
  • It does not promise instant. A render takes roughly 30 to 60 seconds.

How it works, briefly

A photograph goes to an image model with an instruction built server-side — never assembled from raw text you typed, and never with a model you chose. For gardens, that instruction is generated from the solved planting plan, which is why the render and the plant list cannot drift apart.

Results are kept against your account. Your uploaded photo is stored under your own user, not in a shared pool.

Who this is for

Homeowners deciding between two directions before spending on either. Estate agents and property photographers who need an empty listing furnished today rather than on Thursday. Gardeners who want a plan that survives the winter where they actually live.
