The staging line on your price list, at about $1.66 an image
You are not being asked to add a service. You already sell this one — it sits on your package sheet between the twilight edit and the floor plan, you quote it at around $39, and you buy it in at around $30 with a 48-hour wait. This replaces the buying-in part.
The only number that matters
Per staged image, assuming you keep quoting what you quote now.
| Outsourcing it | Doing it here | |
|---|---|---|
| What you invoice | $39 | $39 |
| What it costs you | ≈ $30 | ≈ $1.66 |
| What you keep | ≈ $9 | ≈ $37.34 |
| Turnaround | 48 hours | about 30 seconds |
The $39 and $30 are the going rates on published photographer price sheets and at the category leader, collected 2026-08-18. Yours will differ — the point is the gap, not our price.
Where $1.66 comes from
The Max plan is $79.90 a month. It covers up to 120 initial generations at 10 credits each. Image edits and regeneration cost 15 credits each. Budgeting one initial generation plus one revision per finished photo gives 48 photos a month, about $1.66 each.
Credits do not roll over. Your allowance renews each billing month and expires 31 days after each grant. Edits and regeneration use the same credit balance.
See the planWhat you actually get handed
Your trade is the file. So, precisely:
- Resolution
- 3520 × 2352
- Watermark
- None on this plan
- Rights
- Yours, including resale
- Input
- Up to 20 photos per batch
Fixed, not derived from your upload. Wider than the 2048 px most MLS and agency pipelines ask for.
Paid renders leave byte-for-byte unstamped, on the page and on download.
Our terms say results belong to you and may be used commercially, including as part of a service you sell to your own clients. Same on every plan — it is not something this one unlocks.
Create a project, upload room photos and follow each image in one Studio conversation.
What it does not do
You retouch for a living, so you will find these in the first ten minutes. Better you find them here.
- Up to 20 images per batch. Each image is generated independently. There is no style lock across a property.
- No style lock across a property. Two rooms from the same house are two independent renders; matching them is on you.
- No revision policy in writing yet. You can re-run a photo as many times as your allowance covers, but we have not committed to a redo promise, and we are not going to imply one we have not written down.
- No photographer using it in production yet. You would be among the first. If that is disqualifying, it should be — we would rather you say so now.
Three ways in, in the order that costs you least to be wrong
1 — Take the plan
If the table above already answers it, this is the shortest path. Max, $79.90 a month, up to 120 initial generations, cancel whenever.
Take the Max plan2 — Run one yourself first
Upload a room and watch it work. One honest warning before you do: an unpaid render comes back at 1248 × 832 with our mark across it, off a lighter model. That is not the file this page is about — the Max plan returns 3520 × 2352 unmarked. Judge the framing and what it preserves, not the file.
Open the staging tool3 — Make us prove it on your own shot
Send one real empty room from a job you have actually shot — not a sample, not a stock interior. We run it on the paid path and send the file back at full delivery size, no account, no card. Judge it the way you would judge a retoucher's test.
